Whether you're looking for small photo prints on glossy or matte paper or a larger print on metal, canvas, or acrylic, it's all at your fingertips using our online ordering system at bayphoto.com.

All you need to get started is a Bay Photo account. If you already know your customer ID number, and password, simply log in to your account and you can start ordering.

If you have never ordered with us, you can make a new account here.

Local customers who have ordered with us in-store or using our previous file transfer or direct email methods may not know their account numbers. If you've ordered with us before but don't know your customer ID number, contact us (831-475-6090) and we can provide you with your ID number so you can log in.

Same great prints, more size and finish options
Using the bayphoto.com online ordering system gives you fine control over which sizes and finishes you want to order. This makes it easy to order a large variety of sizes and product types while getting a preview of how your images will crop at those sizes.

Turnaround for unmounted photo prints is generally 3-4 business days. Turnaround times will vary and may increase if you choose to have your prints coated, mounted, framed, or have a mix of different products in a single order. ​
Pick up locally or have it shipped
If you would like to pick your order up at our Soquel or Santa Cruz stores, just choose that option during checkout and we'll contact you as soon as your order is ready!

We also offer convenient shipping so that your prints can be delivered to you or to any address you'd like.
What about rush orders?
We understand that certain events may need to have prints made in a hurry. If you have a critical order that needs rush treatment and local pickup, call or email us directly at one of our stores and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Urgent rush orders of unmounted photo prints up to 8x12" on glossy and lustre finishes can be produced in-store within about one business day.
